DAY 2 (08 Feb) - 上海老街

LOVE THIS STORE!!!! A very romantic-kinda feel when you enters! Loves! And the bears weren't cheap at all... =)

Dar dar's sis - Angie Jie Jie =)It was so crowded that day. Cause everyone came down to this place to see the beautiful laterns decorations and to celebrate the last day of CNY - Yuan Xiao. So as you can see, there are road-block gg on. Modern-kind of 冰糖葫芦

Dar dar playing golf. Everyone plays better than I do.

Playing golf in the Winter. Nice experience. As you can see there's hardly anyone playing around. Kite-flying in the evening.

However, our kite got caught in the bushes. Dar actually wanted to retrieve it however I stopped him from doing so. Cause it's way too dangerous, imagine you have to walk on the metal poles without any support, and if you would to fall, you'll fall all the way down to the basement carpark. Why risk? It's just a kite. =)

DAY 3 (09 Feb) - Horse-Ridding Session 01

Early in the morning, where's all the horses??
TADA! Cause it's still very early in the morning, so they've yet to bring these horses across to the other side of the field. Make a guess! What is this? Dar dar having his ridding lesson. lol. In fact, dar actually dun understand what his coach is saying throughout the whole lesson. Having my ridding lesson with my coach. Learnt about how to get up the horse myself, the right posture etc. Angie Jie Jie and her horse. =)
It's feeding time!
Well... I'm actually feeling very scared when I'm feeding the horses. Thus result in the waste of carrots. IN THE END, dar dar came to rescue! lol!

DAY 4 (10 Feb) - 东方明珠，正大广场

I think dar dar wanna ditch his job and be a Floor CAPTAIN in the mall. lol!
Whenever I look at these 2 pictures. A sense of curiosity and guilt.
Whenever I look at these 2 pics, I would try to find traces of sadness but so far, I still can't find any. Reason being, due to some issues, I actually gave him cold shoulder for a few hrs. Well... I'm not gg to talk abt these issues cause it has all been resolved. =)

Pardon me for the poor photography skill. Due to the cold weather at night, I'm actually shivering. Fear of the fireworks and the loud BOOM that it produces.

DAY 5 (11 Feb) - 七浦路

Due to some buggers.... Hmmm... Irritating lots of ppl. Well... We actually had to pretend that we're not foreigners. However, the people there are actually very smart. One look and they can tells if we are foreigners a not.

(You must be wondering what's wrong with that yea?)

Alright, these group of buggers would actually follow you wherever you go, despite having to tell them to STOP following you in a hostile manner, they would still do so. Reason being, they want 'money'. For example, A skirt would probably cost RMB50. However, upon seeing these buggers following behind you, the store-owner would probably charge you RMB 100. Thus the additional RMB 50 is actually the 'commission' they pay to these buggers.

Reason being, these buggers brought customers to their shops, thus they demand a commission despite they never really intro you there, merely following you can actually cost you a great deal of money.

Luckily Angie Jie Jie knows the prices very well and been to the mall there several times, thus these buggers actually didn't bug us that much.

FRENCH CONCESSION (SHANGHAI)
The French Concession is the area of shanghai once designated for the French in 1849 and retook by China in 1943, with a history of nearly one hundred years. Today, it has become a famous tourist region in Shanghai and the tree-lined avenues and many Tudor mansions there still retain an air of the "Paris of the East".

During the night time, dar dar and I went to walk around the mall (near Jie Jie's place) on our own. So sweet. Strolling down the road in Winter time. Loves!NIKE FACTORY STORE!

Then we helped his sis to buy some groceries. See who's the one queueing and who's the one nt? Lazy Bum... Opps! haha!

DAY 6 (12 Feb) - 上海老街

Woke up very early in the morning to fetch his bro and Priscilla Jie Jie in the airport.

Dar's bro and his gf - Priscilla Jie Jie. His bro's formation - As you can see, I'm being place in front, caus I'm the shortest. lol.
His bro trying to act as a flute player making money in the street. lol.
Both the bros are actually very humorous peeps. Watch out for dar and his funny actions also.

DAY 7 (13 Feb) - Shopping Day!

What is his bro doing?
(Zipping his jacket. lol!) SIMPLY IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE! Love the layout of the Haagen-Dazs here! It's so romantic!! Loves! Furthermore, cause it's a day before Valentine Day! So they've got this Valentine Day Fondue! It's very nice - both sight and taste!

Oh! And they've got Valentine Day's gift for every set of Valentine Day Fondue. It's actually a heart-shaped cushion. I've got the PINK one cause both the Jie Jie decided to give it to me. =)

It's very long cause they actually bought a rather long one! Scary!

Another kind of firecracker. But when lighted, they actually fly straight up the sky, with a SPARK then BOOM! The bros actually linked 3 tgt. Scary!
Anyway it tooks me to 5 mins to buck up my courage to light up 1 firecracker. TSK! After the fun experiencing firecrackers, his bro and Priscilla Jie Jie went back home first while I accompany dar dar, seeing him play this. lol. He's still practicing then.

DAY 8 (14 Feb) - Horseridding session 03, Shopping, 东方明珠塔

Pardon me. No pics uploaded for horseridding session 02. Well.. The followings actually showcase my last horseridding session in Shanghai. This time round, I was told to direct the horse myself.

Usually you would have to give the horse a slight kick at its belly to get it started. But then if the horse is really very stubbon, you've gotta use a whip. (Nt advisable cause the horse would start to run real fast, but it's NICE if you can control it well.)

Well.. In my second lesson, I actually tried laid back on the horse butt. lol. It's comfortable and you would fall at all. =)

Dar practicing again.
Well.. I can say he's a person with strong determination. Once he decides to get something done or to achieve stt, he would keep trying, practicing till he gets it. Guess who is this guy?
LOL! He's none other than my dar dar. Hmmm... Trying to be funny again. lol. He actually tied our shopping bags to his neck and walk around, squatting down at a corner in the shopping mall out of a sudden.
OUR SHOPPING LOOTS! Look at the smiles on our faces! haha! It's VALENTINE DAY! And the pearl tower was so crowded with couples! You can see a bouquet of flowers in the arms of most of the girls!

DAY 9 (15 Feb) - 朱家角

朱家角位于上海市青浦区内，是典型的江南水乡古镇，2000年原沈巷镇并入朱家角。 朱家角面积为138平方公里（包括水域），人口约66000人（2003年）。号称“上海第一大镇”。

Funny! They actually bought the cowboy hats! Well.. Dar actually shot his bro legs while he's having fun. lol. How naughty.. Hmmm..
